Job Title: Forum Director for The Commercial Aviation Forum

The company is a global consortium leading the development of open, vendorneutral IT standards and certifications. They operate the IT industrys premier certification service for people and products, providing confidence that individuals have the required knowledge or experience and those products conform to open standards. An opening has occurred for them to recruit a Forum Director who will be required to grow and maintain member participation for their Commercial Aviation Forum

You will have overall responsibility for the member participation in virtual and physical meetings. You will also be responsible for facilitating collaboration and gaining consensus to create standards, best practices and certification programs for one of their growing forums.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
A BS in Business Management or other related area
Experience in meeting organisation and facilitation, including virtual events
Awareness of market conditions and customer needs in the commercial aviation market and a relevant Industry Certification in aviation would be preferred.
You must have proven experience of organising, motivating and managing resources of member volunteer teams and the ability to identify and facilitate compromise and consensus around blocking issues.
