As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you are required to provide training internal support, resources, and guidance for Docebo's global sales team.. This includes implementing and managing innovative learning and delivery programs to enable our Sales team to provide  best in class prospect and customer experiences, as well as creative and engaging communications of critical business content such a new products, services, and tools.
This role requires an individual who is able to work in a team environment, be self-motivated, extremely communication-oriented with demonstrated sales and training experience . Reports to: Sales Enablement Manager
You will:
Partner with sales teams to understand most critical needs and build programs and content to meet their needs;Support the sales enablement strategy and project management activities of innovative and digital field training;Deliver and facilitate select training programs in strong partnership with the field managers as well as external vendors to ensure a best class, modern and engaging training experience across all KPIs Work with sales leaders to support the day-to-day training management of the sales organization, enabling sales leaders to spend more time on customer facing activitiesShare best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base working closely with the Sales Operations  team.Assist with construction and maintenance of sales resources library and online training academy.Ensure consistent adoption of all methodologies, tools, and best practices as outlined by sales leadership and assist with change management with the sales organizationContinuously innovate on all aspects of enablement including programs, delivery, adoption, and reporting.

You have:
3+ years experience of Sales Enablement;Proven track record developing successful programs to accelerate the performance of B2B customer facing teams;Outstanding facilitation skills and ability to take a large audience on a journey while presenting;Proven experience in demos and leveraging creating tactics and programs;Strong business acumen and communication skills;Ambitious with a strong work ethic and intense will to win;Ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business;Industry experience preferred, but not limited to Saas sector;Ability to exercise discretion, decisiveness and independent judgment on business and training matters;Fluent in English;University Degree in Business Management or Information Technology.
