About the job
Our client is the market leading technology provider within entertainment and music are looking for a team leader to tidy up their customer support platform, your strong project experience and ability to start conversations across the company key stakeholders will be key in the restructure of support across Europe.
Ideally you will be
strong, confident team lead, ideally 5+ years experience in this area
experience working with similar customers in their industry (Business to Consumer experience whos audience market is typically 1535 year age bracket)
experience working on projects, high level strategic not necessary
great understanding of being a customercentric company and what that means in the digital era
Ideally you will need to have the confidence/ability to research potential companies to outsource extensive support to (outsourced contact centre).
You will need to be strong enough to arrange meetings and communicate with the MD and Marketing Director to present potential plans.
In addition you will need to understand their customers and what will work for them.
