Inbound Customer Service Advisor OnSite Parking Available
Start Date: 22nd October (TempPerm Position) working until 7th January and then you will have the opportunity to go permanent
We are looking for Inbound Customer Advisors to join our inbound call centre team based in Preston Brook. Immediate starts are available.
You will be working on behalf of Marks and Spensers dealing with customer enquiries over the phone, this could include advice on products or complaints regarding late deliveries. No sales and strictly customer service based
Salary: £8.20 Per Hour, WEEKLY PAY!
Working hours are: You will be working on a rota basis between MondaySunday for 5 days a week, the office hours are between 7am11pm so you will need to be fully flexible between these times. Out of every 4 weeks you will work 2 MondayFridays and have the full weekend off so you will get 2 weekends off every month consistently
The ideal candidate will:
have a natural enthusiasm for customer service and confidence when speaking to customers enjoy working in a fast paced environment
be great at problem solving and strive to leave the customer happy each and every time. be a team player.
You must be able to provide satisfactory references for the last 3 years You must have NO unspent criminal convictions
*Must be able to pass a lenient credit check
