High Priority Contracts Manager RoleMidlands Based
My client are a main contractor based out the Midlands that are looking for a new Permanent Contracts Manager to oversee their office and commercial projects within the midlands/south west region.
The candidate will be working as a contracts manager overseeing up to 3 projects ranging from £200k£2m across the office/commercial/industrial sector. The client specialize mainly within the fit out sector. The candidate will be office based when required and then visiting sites during the week. Duties will entail: Taking the job from client instruction through to completion, placing subcontractor orders, materials orders. client liaison, paperwork in the office. Hours will be MondayFriday (weekend may be required every now and then) The client would like the candidate to come from a main contractor, fit out background, ideally within the commercial sector.
Certificates required: SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS Card.
The client would like the candidate to reside within 6090 minutes of the office.
Salary will be £55,000+car+private health care.
The client is looking to conduct interviews within the next 7 days with a view to bring someone on board in November 2018.
