Coniq is looking for an AccountManager who will be responsible for working on one of our key clients,identifying opportunities as well as issues and delivering the appropriateproduct/marketing solution to a variety of scenarios.
This is a fast-growing and diverseenvironment which will require you to be resilient and assertive. We arecurrently a team of 50 looking to expand. You will be working in our newoffices based by Barbican station. However, the international nature of the clientsyou will be working on will require regular travel and an open and flexibleapproach to accommodate the diverse business requirements they may have.
The Account Manager role plays akey part of the Client Success team and will report into one of our AccountDirectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Main point ofcontact for clients: ensuring smooth roll-out and ongoing management of Coniqsloyalty platform.Managereporting briefs to our team of data analysts and provide insight into ourclients programme performanceSupportingthe clients in the strategy and planning of marketing campaigns to drivecustomer acquisition and retention. Buildlong-lasting relationships with clients through consistent delivery ofcommitments.Give regulartraining sessions on the functionality and benefits of the Coniq loyaltyplatform. Develop adeep understanding and knowledge of the industry and share best practices. Be a championfor Coniqs products and services. Support yourteam in their delivery of their commitments.
WHO WERE LOOKING FOREnthusiasticteam player who is willing to work on a wide range of tasks including marketingstrategy & planning, platform support & training, research & dataanalysis.Excellentcommunication written and verbal, able to deliver coherent and engagingpresentations. Professionaland credible, able to build and develop relationships both internally andexternally.Organised andreliable with proven account management and administration skillsSelf-motivatedwith the ability to manage and prioritise workloads and multiple projects.
REQUIREMENTSFluent inEnglish and one other European language. Experience ofmanaging clients, either from an agency or technology business.Understandingof email, CRM and loyalty marketing.Minimum 3years account management experience.Ideallyexperience in a technology focused area or with a technology focusedclient.
