About the job
Working for a womenswear brand of over 30 years now who pride themselves on designing wearable and coordinated collections with a focus on beautiful textures, unique prints and stunning embellishments.
The purpose of the role is to provide support to the Sourcing team with the day to day administration of the production of the brands product.
Assisting the Sourcing team in following fabrics, trims, and product deliveries and day to day management of the collection overviews.
Creation of Purchase Orders
Producing and compiling fabric books Liaising with the QA team
Monitoring and maintaining recaps and critical paths. Liaison with UK based and International suppliers and buyers
Fabric/Trims approvals Tracking and packing of parcels
Delivering samples General office duties, including the answering of the main line.
*Adhoc duties as required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, & PowerPoint
Strong organisational skills
Team orientated approach Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Previous experience in fabrics/production would be beneficial Fashion qualification or experience would be preferable, but not essential
