We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Internal Recruiter to join a well known, prestigious retail head office based close to Piccadilly Circus.
You will be working within the Internal Recruitment team supporting on all internal vacancies throughout the business. Your main focus is will be to resource and recruit exceptional talent for the business who represent the core values and company profile.
As the Internal Recruiter you will build close working relationships with hiring managers. You will work closely with them throughout the full recruitment process including offer stage.
Internal Recruiter Key Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process
Communicate effectively with hiring managers
Manage internal and external relationships including candidates, agencies and HR team
Directly sourcing candidates via internal referrals, linked in, online job boards and other effective methods
Screening of candidates
Provide effective and feedback to the candidates, hiring managers and agencies
The ideal candidate will come from a fast paced, busy Internal Recruitment team where you have worked on high volume positions. This will also need to include a wide range of positions throughout a head office function that you have worked on up to senior management level
