As the HR advisor, you will be responsible for recruitment, learning and development, disciplinary and grievance processes. You will also be required to create HR policies and keep up to date with employment law. Detailed HR advisor, responsibilities will include:
Leading recruitment for all UK positions.
Developing job descriptions and assisting with interviewing.
Building relationships with recruitment consultancies and universities
Learning and development
Developing training programmes.
Identification of training needs via the appraisal process.
Overseeing the L&D budget.
Disciplinary, capabilities and grievances
Conducting disciplinary, capabilities and grievances hearings
To apply for the HR advisor position, you will need
CIPD level 5 or higher.
Experience gained in a generalist HR role including carrying out disciplinary, capability and grievance hearings.
In return, the human resources
will receive a salary of £28,000 £30,000, twentyfour days holidays plus bank holidays, cash healthcare plan, pension and sickness pay.
