Junior IT Support Engineer / Client Manager (Software Implementation). Would you like to work for a successful startup within a supportive, technology driven environment with flexible working conditions?
As a Junior IT Support Engineer / Client Manager youll be working collaboratively with the Implementation, Development and Business Development teams in both internal and realworld deployment scenarios to ensure that customer and client expectations are exceeded. As a product advocate youll ensure positive engagement and be the go to person for client contact. Responsibilities will include assisting with the creation of implementation plans, communication plans and success criteria with stakeholders and briefing 3rd party suppliers. Youll also partner with marketing to create case studies and assist with events / exhibitions and demonstration days.
Youll be based in Central Oxford, close to main line station, R&D environment with casual dress code and a good work / life balance.
Good technical knowhow with ability to take on new technical skills and analyse data Advanced organisation and planning skills
Good Microsoft Office skills Excellent communication skills; pragmatic and collaborative
