Located on a quiet street on the edge of London's magnificent Hyde Park and close to the West End and Paddington, is the minimalist and latest creation of famed British designer Anouska Hempel.

We are currently recruiting for highly motivated Receptionists to join our Front of House team. The ideal candidate will have excellent personal presentation with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the aspiration to exceed guest expectations.

The Receptionist Role
Your responsibilities are welcoming our guests, offering seamless check in and check out, handling cash and foreign currency exchange, taking and amending reservations, providing a personalised farewell to all our guests.

Requirements for the Receptionist Role

In addition the successful candidate must demonstrate the following skills:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A warm welcoming personality
  • Good organizational skills
  • Flexible scheduling
  • Team Player
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and spoken English
  • Warm personality
  • Pro active approach to problem solving ability
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience working with Opera although this is not essential

Previous receptionist experience within a 4 or 5 property would be desirable or alternatively we would consider candidates with previous experience in dealing with similar levels of service and guests.
