Opportunity to join a sizeable, wellestablished IT Consultancy and Managed Service Provider as a Compliance Manager. The business provides a broad range of Information Technology solutions and services into MidMarket, Enterprise scale businesses.

As Compliance Manager you take ownership of compliance activities Group wide, including Information Security, Governance, Quality, GDPR, Regulatory Practices etc. You will work crossfunctionally to ensure that policies and processes are established and adhered to, in line with best practices. Being an evolving IT Service Provider (with datacentres), you will work to support business and technology developments, evaluating and addressing statutory, regulatory, contractual and legal compliance obligations as a supportive, facilitative team member.
Responsibilities will include:
Support senior management teams with compliance and legal guidance
Inline with business requirements, establish Information Security, Quality and other frameworks.
Develop, document, communicate and promote compliance policies and procedures.
Plan and facilitate internal and external audits.
Consult and advise external partners, regulatory bodies and forums and build relationships with industry and trade bodies.
Establish and maintain Business Continuity Planning
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational policies, procedures, tools and systems to uphold compliance
Previous experience of managing and delivering Information Security, Governance, Quality, GDPR and Regulatory Practices in a corporate environment is essential
A strong understanding, and experience of delivering InfoSec and Quality Management frameworks; ISO 27001 and ISO 9001
A strong knowledge of regulations and standards including PCI DSS, GDPR, OFCOM etc.
A facilitative, team player, able to drive operational and behavioural change, rather than simply police!
Ideally you will have experience of managing compliance within the Information Technology sector, however this is not essential
Location: Nottingham with flexible working and occasional UK travel
Package: Paying up to £50,000 per annum + corporate benefits
