PremiereHealthcare Limited is a specialist seating company located on the A38 just south of Tewkesbury, supplying high quality equipment from leading seating brands, suitable for the elderly and disabled.The chair someone uses or the mattress they sleep on can make a dramatic difference between living life in discomfort and pain or living without it.Thats why it has always been our goal to make it easier for occupational therapists, physiotherapists, clinicians, and patients to get the specialist seating and equipment they need without any unnecessary delays or complications.To do this weve built our business around our customers; basing our products and costs on their requirements, improving our service to address their feedback, and using our own extensive experience in the healthcare industry to create a company that helps deliver true comfort, safety and mobility in hospital, a care home or at home.Do you have what it takes to join this dynamic team?The Logistics and Planning Co-Ordinator will support the Operations Manager by receiving, booking in and assembling (where needed) all items of equipment, matching them to purchase orders and making orders ready for despatch. They will then plan and schedule deliveries as well as collections and service jobs.The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, an organised appropach to work and to warehouse management, good IT skills (especially Microsoft Excel and accurate data entry) and the ability to think and react quickly in a fast-paced working enviironment.They will also have a full UK driving licence and be able to obtain an enhanced DBS certificate. Stock and distribution skills and experience (including manual handling) would be a considerable advantage.Typical dities will include:Confirming when deliveries, collections, servicing and repairs have been completedEnsuring goods are received from suppliers in accordance with the documented proceduresEnsuring stock parts are issued to engineers, sales staff and customers within required timescalesEnsuring all stock movements are recorded correctlyAssembling goods on receiptKeeping colleagues informed about stock availabilityEnsuring that parts received are clearly labelled and put awayWorking with the Stock Controller to improve stock managementPlanning and booking in deliveries, coillections, repair and service calls with customers and relevent third parties, and preparing/issuing the appropraite paperwork for eachHelping drivers with loading and unloadingEnsuring all sales orders are ready for despatch and then despatched in accordance with documented proceduresEnsuring the warehouse is kept clean, tidy and safe at all times
