Are you an SEN Teacher looking for a new and exciting opportunity in an SEMH school?
Randstad Education are keen to meet and speak to passionate and experienced Teachers who have experience working with pupils with social emotional & mental health (SEMH) within a school setting. This is a long term position and is due to start after the October half term.
Plan and deliver lessons to students with SEMH
develop and adapt conventional teaching methods to meet the individual needs of pupils
Work closely with parents and guardians
Manage challenging behaviour
Experience and understanding of SEMH
Able to work in challenging settings
Deescalate challenging behaviour effectively
Resilient pupils can become physical
