We offer industry-leading shareholder services through Link Market Services to a wide range of corporates, issuers and business managers. We are the largest UK share registrar providing services to more than 1,300 companies large and small across the UK.As Internal and External Reporting Administrator for our Save as You Earn (SAYE) team, you will be based in our Huddersfield office, reporting to the Supervisor and within a team of 14 people. Day to day you will be responsible for producing reports and MI for use internally, as well as for client purposes externally. Reporting takes place on a daily, weekly, monthly and annual basis, as well as ad hoc and tax related requirements. We're looking for you to have the ability to gather and maintain a wide array of data-related business reporting, involving both entering information into existing excel spreadsheets and creating new processes to accurately input and report critical data. You will be constantly liaising with colleagues within your immediate team, and outside the office, with our clients, as well as with colleagues at our other office sites.Qualifications

Essential:Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel - with the ability to do V lookups and Pivot TablesExcellent knowledge of data processingGCSE (or equivalent) Maths & English Language at grade C or aboveTeam workingCustomer service experienceExcellent communication skills - verbal and writtenExcellent attention to detailDesirableTechnical awareness of SAYE Basic knowledge of Excel VBA
