Sales Executive Milton Keynes
£20,000 basic + uncapped commission
22 days holiday (+ statutory bank holidays) + the option to purchase 5 extra days
Flexible working hours Monday Friday between 8am and 8pm
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for consulting with customers to search and offer the most appropriate insurance policy product to protect them and their families.
You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls from perspective customers and all warm leads.
This is a consultative sales role which requires conversational skills, not hard sales! You will need to draw out the customers requirements with open questions and really probe into what they are looking for.
- High standards of customer service and integrity
- A consultative Sales approach
- Previous experience in an advisory or consultative B2C position
- Proven experience working to targets and KPIs
- Team player with the ability to drive and motivate yourself and others
Full time (40 hours per week):
Monday Friday between 8am and 8pm, flexible working hours available to fit around your commitments.
1 in 4 Saturdays 9am 2.30pm, with the following Friday off in lieu
