As part of the groups ongoing expansion plans an experienced Compliance Officer is required for our Woodford office:
Job Summary / Purpose:
To obtain and manage compliance documentation in accordance with company standards and national framework requirements.
Responsibilities:
The post holder will work closely with colleagues to ensure strong working links between all areas of the division and within the wider arena of URG
To ensure that compliance levels are met in line with company standards in a way that reflects a customer orientated organisation that can respond effectively to changing need
To be responsible for the daytoday delivery of the assigned compliance functions
Day to day responsibility for managing & prioritising own workload as per targets
Communication, including the cascade or escalation of relevant information as appropriate
An understanding and adherence to various Framework, SLA and contract requirements
Responsibility and accountability for ensuring accuracy of work
Responsible for reporting compliance information to the Compliance Manager
Work as part of a team to meet the Compliance Team targets, aims and objectives
Participate in weekly team meetings to provide solutions and communicate any new ideas
Consistent adherence to company Policy & Procedure, ISO Standards and Compliance Standards within the Company

Sourcing References
ID Document Checking
Verifying medical records
Work eligibility verification
Professional registration confirmation
Training history confirmation
File checking and compliance verification
General office duties
Working to set processes and deadlines
