About the job
An innovative Cloud Business in Bristol, for the first time, is looking for a Lead Design Engineer for its Customer Project Team. You technical expertise will have a massive input into Network & Datacentre Designs for BlueChip & MultiNational Clients.
Your background will be based around large scale datacentre deployments, as well as being a champion in customer service and delivery. You will also have a record of accomplishment of working in a high pressure, dynamic and rapidly expanding environment.
However, your main attribute will be network & datacentre design skills. These skills will be imperative in helping the Customer Project Team, as well as ensuring hosted facilities are operating effectively, whilst promoting the use of latest technologies across the team and business.
This is a high responsibility and business critical role, therefore we expect you to have experience in leading all network related projects as well as representing the team in companywide meetings.

The skills and experience needed;
510 years experience in network and datacenter designs.
510 years experience in network routing, switching or firewall management (Cisco or Juniper).
Experience in network security, i.e. ASA firewalls or IDS/IPS (DESIRABLE).
