Tate are currently recruiting for a Complaints Handler to join our client, one of the UKs top housing associations based in Barnet, North London, on a temporary ongoing basis.
(Please note this organisation is soon moving to Colindale so consider this for travel consideration)
The role is starting at £12.00 and is working 36 hours a week Monday Friday
This is a complaints handling position with multiple duties required, you will be provided with training but you must be a confident administrator and be able to take direction well
The ideal person will have the following:
Experience dealing with complaints in both written and verbal format
Experience using Microsoft packages
The ability to pick up internal systems
Comfortable in a busy environment
Confident with speaking to both customers and colleagues over the phone.
This role requires a high level of attention for detail and the ability to manage an extremely busy, ever changing workload.
Housing experience is not essential but it may be beneficial to your application
