Now, we’re looking for a Finance Assistant to join our busy Finance Department in London.

As a Finance Assistant, you will be responsible for the smooth running of our expenditure recording functions.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Officer, you’ll ensure financial information is accurately processed, including supplier invoice payments and staff expenses.
Your duties will include:
- Responding to a range of queries
- Maintaining credit card and petty cash records
- Posting to the nominal ledger
- Preparing BACS schedules and cheques
To join us as a Finance Assistant, you’ll need:
- Experience in a finance role
- Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel
- At a minimum, GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- A great eye for detail and the ability to input information quickly and accurately
- Strong communication skills
