Your role will include:
Supporting the candidate process from enquiry through to placement
Attending client visits in both a sales and service capacity
Working very much in partnership with clients
Business developing over the telephone and face to face to convert and retain new clients
Consistently providing an excellent level of service to both candidates and clients alike
Contribute to a positive and supportive office environment and working collaboratively within your team
To be successful you will need the following:
A strong track record
Knowledge of the Healthcare & Recruitment sectors.
Time management in order to deal with high volumes of work
Driving Licence ESSENTIAL
Brilliant communication skills and the ability to deal with client contacts of at all levels
Ability to work within a high pressure but equally highly rewarding working environment
