Better Healthcare Services are one of the fastest growing domiciliary care agencies in the UK with a reputation for service excellence and quality delivery. This is a new role to head a centralise recruitment team. The Central Recruitment Team is responsible for engaging, attracting and securing the best workers for our branch networks.
Managing a team of Resourcers, who will mainly be Recruiting care workers however occasionally recruiting coordinators and managers for our branches
Managing Resources KPI's and supporting / developing them to understand their requirements and tithe geographical area
Placing and managing adverts on various job boards
Managing CV response and booking interviews.
Managing the arrangement of training for successful candidates
Managing the administration and compliance process for recruitment of care workers.
Ensure key staff are aware of recruitment pipeline and capacity
Conduct roadshows, attend job fairs and exhibitions.
This will be a hands-on role but you will also be leading a small team to ensure efficiency and results
General help within the office environment
Ideally the successful candidate will have previous recruitment/HR experience with good experience of using jobboards. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of high volume recruitment in a fast paced environment.
As such you will need to have exceptional attention to detail skills to manage the volume of recruitment required on an ongoing basis. As a frontline ambassador for the company you will have first class communication skills and have the ability to engage at all levels. Warm personality and good sense of humour is also a prerequisite for this role.
