IntaPeople are working with a client based near Gloucester who are seeking a Junior Support Analyst to join their team. As a Junior Support Analyst, you will be the main point of contact for many of their clients who call or email in, you will responsible for investigating the initial problems and gathering as much information as possible before escalating to the Senior Support Analysts.
This role will involve managing user administration requests and providing professional and consistent communications with clients to keep them up to date on investigations and resolutions.
To be considered for this opportunity, you must have the following:
• Ability to troubleshoot and fix Mac/Windows issues
• 1 year of experience in an office environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to learn new technologies and skills
