Project Management Change Management Technology Change Business Readiness Project Communications Voice of the Customer
We are currently seeking an Project Manager to help with the latter stages of implementation, ensuring the end solution is meeting customer needs and leading the introduction of change and new ways of working. The role is supporting a major technology change and will focus mainly on the business change elements, understanding the customer and ensuring that the final technology changes are a true voice of the customer.
You will have demonstrable experience around stakeholder analysis and management, communications strategies and has hands on practical experience of various methods and tools that are used over the course of a change management journey. Leading the Business Readiness activities and directly engaging with the communities wholl be undergoing the changes. You will act as the bridge between technology and the business supporting the successfully delivery of the final technology product.
What you will do
Responsibility for stakeholder identification and analysis, understanding positions of influence, support and potential benefits
Ensuring effective stakeholder management is continuously addressed by developing tailored communications and engagement strategies, alongside plans for execution. * Using business process and technical documentation to create clear and concise materials for end user and management communications.
Development and management of an intranet site, providing regular and timely updates.
Identifying enabler processes to support the change transition. Working with the business and Change Champions to deliver process standardisation
Organising and facilitating awareness/engagement sessions with end users and management, providing an overview of process, technical, role and people changes.
Presenting to the Operating Board and at Senior Leadership forums to provide updates on the project delivery, business readiness approach, activity and progress to plan.
