Driver Hire Dumfries are delighted to be recruiting a Head of Repairs (an initial 1-year fixed term period) for one of their clients.
The successful candidate will lead and develop the Repairs Service focusing on the delivery of key objectives and priorities set by our clients Management Committee and Executive Team.
Management experience, proven customer relationship skills and a track record of driving through customer focused service improvements are a necessity.
Additional essentials are (but not limited to):
Membership of a professional body/Technical qualification e.g. RICS, CITB, Architect, QS
Educated to Degree lever OR equivalent achieved through training/experience
IT literate, including skills in the use of Microsoft packages, email, Skype and social media
Ability to undertake financial planning, financial analysis and budgetary control
Excellent up to date knowledge of statutory and regulatory requirements as they apply to Health & Safety compliance including CDM, risk assessment, safe systems of work, accident and incident reporting etc.
