This exclusive vacancy presents the unique opportunity to join a fully compliant, luxury care village as their Dementia Nurse Manager. You will work in a fully supernumerary capacity and will report in to the Deputy home Manager ensuring a consistent level of outstanding care to the homes Dementia Community.
Based on the outskirts of Knutsford, the home has excellent transport links to both Manchester, Stockport and Merseyside. As Dementia Nurse Manager You will be tasked with leading a collaborative Dementia Care Staff Team where your personcentred care and Dementia expertise will ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
As Dementia Nurse Manager working 40 hours per week, you will be entitled to an exclusive set of marketleading benefits as per below:
£36,000 £38,000.00 per annum

For the role of a Dementia Nurse Manager within this luxury care home, you will be required to meet the following criteria:
RGN/RMN Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN
NVQ / QCF Level 2 or 3 In Dementia Care
Proven experience in long term Elderly Care with a knowledge of specialist Dementia Care
Evidence of supervisory leadership
A passion for working within the highly rewarding elderly care sector
Typical previous experience Dementia Manager, Unit Manager, Clinical Lead, Nurse Manager etc
