An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Purchase Ledger Supervisor in a leading organisation in Nottingham City Centre. The role will be working in a friendly, supportive environment and will include supervising the Purchase Ledger Department and monitoring the performance of the purchase ledger.
What the job will involve:
- Sorting and registering invoices and credit notes
- First line of contact for delivery and pricing queries prior to posting of the invoice
- Preparing the weekly supplier payment, inputting of data onto spreadsheets maintaining and balancing the book
In order to be considered for the role, you will need:
- At least 3 years' experience in Purchase Ledger
- Previous Supervisory or Management experience
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent professional telephone manner
Salary, Benefits & Working Hours
£21,000 - £21,500 + Excellent Benefits
Monday to Friday - 9am - 5pm
28 days holiday inclusive of statutory (Pro rata from start date)
