To undertake travel reservations on behalf of Click Travel customers and to ensure that customer service (communications with customers and accuracy of bookings) is at the forefront of your priorities. To complete all operation tasks each day and maintain the hotel database. We are looking for Junior BTC's - people with excellent transferable customer service skills, Business Travel Consultants - previous B.T. experience and Senior Business Travel Consultants - those with 5 years B.T. service, flight and Industry airfare qualifications.
Key ResponsibilitiesTo provide a first class service to our clients.To assist all clients with travel bookings, and to process this in an efficient and competent manner.Provide an excellent service via communications with customers and accuracy of bookingsCommunicate with customers, whether this is by telephone, email or in person, in a professional and friendly manner. Emails must be of a reasonable grammatical standard, telephone calls must be polite, all information and confirmation notes given to customers must be accurate and most importantly, all communications must give the customer the confidence that their enquiry will be handled to their satisfaction.To be aware of and act in accordance with all Company Quality Standard and Procedures.Dealing with phone calls and email requests/queries from existing and potential clients.Providing clients with suitable travel options and suggestions of the best way to meet their requirements.Arranging European and Domestic travel from flights, to car hire to hotels etc.Be involved in the ticketing processes for Domestic & European travel.Proactively maintaining relationships with clients at all times.Helping with any problems clients may have and provide the appropriate customer service throughout the entire process.Processing responses to clients within the companies agreed service level agreements.Actively get involved in the process operated by the company and make suggestions on possible improvements.Be part of the team and actively help and assist colleagues as needed.Carry out both reissues and revalidations on Domestic & European travel.Assist and help colleagues with their queries and questions with guidance from a Senior BTC or Team Manager.Support the Team Leader at all times.To ensure all service level agreements are met before completion of shift.To mentor and actively support more junior members of the team.
Must haves:To have completed Clicks phone system training and be proficient in the use of our phone system.A good communicator, well organised and used to working to tight deadlines while under pressure.A friendly and professional telephone manner.Confident interacting with clients and suppliers on the telephone.Take ownership.Able to use ones own initiative to overcome problems.Be flexible towards work requests and completing other tasks.Maintain a professional & positive attitude when dealing with suppliers, customers and fellow colleagues.
