HR Advisor

Role: HR Advisor

Hours: Part Time - 3 days per week. Between Monday-Friday core hours 9am-5pm in line with flexi - time policy

Location: Halliwell Homes, Technology House, 2 Lissadel Street, Salford, M6 6AP

Salary: £22,000-£25,000 per annum (Full time equivalent - dependant on experience and qualifications).

Halliwell Homes are a social enterprise that offers a clinically informed practice encompassing educational, clinical and residential care services. Our objective is to enhance the psychological wellbeing of children within the care system through our Restorative Parenting recovery programme.

The HR Advisor reporting to the Head of HR will support business partnering to provide an effective and professional HR service. You must possess knowledge and understanding of employment legislation and its implication within the workplace.

You will act as a central point of contact for queries from managers and staff relating to general HR policy and process. You will also establish organisational practice and position on day to day operational matters.

There will be a requirement to support managers at a number of locations, therefore, access to a vehicle is essential (mileage will be paid).

You must be CIPD qualified, or working towards gaining a qualification, with a proven track record of providing advice and guidance on all aspects of HR. You must have administration and operational HR experience and be competent in the use of developing and maintaining HR systems, policies and procedures.
