Reporting into the Service Desk Manager and supported by a small team, you'll be responsible for supporting the management of digital assets and have responsibility for the maintenance of the University's software licenses and digital/IT asset management systems, including the management of software and hardware configuration items and asset life-cycle reporting on renewal, end of life, status, movement, and exceptions. You'll ensure asset management databases are maintained and accurate, that suitable controls are in place for new installs, moves and changes. You'll also maintain an inventory of maintenance contracts, software renewals and coordinate activities to ensure ongoing value for money for the digital assets purchased by the University.
We are keen to hear from customer focused, self-motivated, well organised IT/digital professionals with a passion for future state technologies and a strong blend of digital assets management and licencing experience who can effectively manage and control digital/IT assets within a digitally literate and demanding customer base operating in rapidly changing complex customer centric project environment.
