Field Sales Executive
£16,000 - £18,000 + commission
We are looking for competitive and passionate Field Sales Executive who will develop sales strategies to attract new clients within the household products industry. You will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects; researching the competition and managing the sales of products and services.
What you'll do
Familiarise yourself with the products and market
Evaluate customer needs and build business relationships
Visit clients at their premises to negotiate the sale
Meet sales targets
Who you are
Target driven with a desire to continually push KPI's – have proven sales experience
Entrepreneurial self-starter who can set their own targets and efficiently organise work schedule
Have strong selling and negotiation skills
Be highly motivated with strong commercial awareness and the ability to use commercial knowledge to increase profit and business growth
Be able to analyse complex data and other territory information to build a prioritised expert focused territory business plan
Identify opportunities to drive relationships and brand awareness
A few more details
You will need to be happy to travel across a set territory and visit the head office in Luton for meetings
You must possess a full Clean Driving License and own your own vehicle
