Our client are a Motor and Asset Finance Broker which is a fast paced environment offering an excellent opportunity to work within a friendly and approachable team. They pride themselves on the service that we deliver to our motor dealers and customers alike. An opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated, flexible individual with a keen eye for detail.

We are now seeking a Motor Finance Payout Co Ordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who has exceptional attention to detail and the ability to cross reference documentation with speed and accuracy. This is very much an Administrative role, so experience of processing documentation within a Financial Services organisation would be advantageous, however not essential as full training will be given.

Your role

You will work closely with a team of individuals to process documentation received from Motor Dealers and Customers, ensuring that the content is accurate and matches the details stored on the systems.

You will be required to liaise directly with Account Managers, Finance Companies and Motor Dealers to ensure that customer applications are processed within set timescales and that legal agreements are executed accurately efficiently.

Your duties

*Process pay out packs in accordance with company guidelines

*Communicate with customers in a professional, polite manner to gain further information where required

*Building / maintaining relationships with dealerships and providing regular updates

*Processing unwinds

*To conduct anti-fraud/money laundering checks on customers and follow company guidelines

*To immediately raise any concerns with the Pay Out Team Manager and/or Directors surrounding vulnerable customers, DPA issues, financial crime/money laundering or any other potential issues.

To be considered, you must have:

*Experience within a customer service environment

*Administration experience

*A good level of PC literacy

*At a minimum, Maths and English GCSEs at grade C or above or equivalent

Hours: 5 days a week
