Customer Service Advisor
£16,000 - £18,000 (DOE)
Shifts will be on a rotational, including 1 weekend in 4 weeks.
Rotational hours between 8am - 8pm, shifts to be advised with Consultant.
Our client is located in the heart of Northamptonshire countryside, surrounded by 150 acres of peaceful parkland. This stylish and contemporary retreat hosts various events such as weddings, meetings and conferences.
Our client's premises is kitted out with a range of leisure facilities. This includes a gym, heated swimming pool, sauna, and spa pool available for both guests and visitors and a PGA European-tour standard 18-hole golf course.
About the role:
This role would be suited for someone who is confident in talking to customers over the phone as it is a telephony based role. Customer journey is key, therefore you must be passionate about delivering an outstanding customer service in a fun, dynamic environment.
You'll be taking inbound enquiries from customers and resolving their queries efficiently and professionally. This will role will also require administration and data entry skills. You will also be involved in increasing revenue by promoting company products and services as well as booking appointments.
You'll have an excellent telephone manner and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
You'll already have customer service experience, which you may have gained within retail or from another call centre or possibly within the hospitality environment.
