This established technology based organisation are moving away from traditional EPOS solutions to a software led hosted cloud solution. Already a major player in Hospitality, they are looking to expand their business into new markets. Due to this exciting change in direction they need to recruit an experience, forward thinking Business Development Manager. To be successful in this role you need to be living around the Milton Keynes area.
Business Development Manager Job Purpose
To develop your geographical area in both the hospitality and retail market, sell our clients full solution to both existing and new accounts. Manage your time effectively to cover a large geographical by working smartly and maximising all opportunities. Warm leads will be provided however, you will need to have the ability to create and develop your own leads.
Upsell and crosssell in existing accounts
Maximise new business opportunities
Maintain an accurate diary
Manage and update an effective CRM database
Call prospected clients
Update sales stats on a weekly basis
Whats on Offer for the Business Development Manager?
A basic salary of £25000 for an internal candidate £30000 £35000 for an experience BDM
Uncapped commission, realistic £15000 first year
