Chef de Partie 2 Rosette Dartford Kent Upto 20K plus Tips

Chef de Partie required for this Luxury County House Hotel and Spa to work in the main kitchen serving a good mix of Lunchtime Brasserie, Evening Fine Dining, Private Parties and High Class weddings.

The Head Chef is looking for a Chef de Partie with good all-round experience of cooking with fresh ingredients from scratch ideally with some previous experience in Hotels or rosette kitchens would be an advantage but are not essential if you can demonstrate good cooking skills with the right attitude to learn new skills.

As Chef de Partie you will be working as part of a friendly and professional team, assisting with a variety of daily tasks which will include organising your section and cooking through service

Applicants will need to live in the Dartford Sidcup Bromley Sevenoaks or Gravesend area with your own transport if required.
