As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the heartbeat of the operation, from setting fantastic standards for customer service and efficiency to developing key strategies to move the business forward, displaying a passion and energy to succeed.
To lead and motivate your team to maximise sales and deliver fantastic customer service.
Responsible for creating an efficient working culture fitting of the companys vision.
Being able to cope in a challenging and demanding workplace where customer experience is your focus. To manage the store operation to ensure that all store targets are achieved, whilst adhering to Company policies and procedures.
To lead the recruitment process in store, ensuring the right people are employed in the right places. Play a key role in delivering KPIs such as Profit and Loss accounts.
Ensuring the store operates efficiently so areas such as stock control, admin and presentation are maintained in line with store standards and procedures. Hands on approach to getting the job done, leading from the front and displaying a presence in store to all those around you.
Fantastic customer service skills and awareness.
Passionate about engagement, development and progression. Retail managerial experience in a fast paced and challenging environment.
Smart business acumen with ability to develop and implement financial strategies. Celebrating success with your team on a regular basis through brilliant communication building fantastic team rapport.
