Working in our purpose built studio flats for 1517yearolds who are on their way to semiindependence will be challenging and rewarding at the same time. As we provide successful transitions for our young people, we will expand our services and those who have been a part of the journey will see progression to senior and management levels like never seen before!

What are your responsibilities?
Help the children with shopping, finances and other daily tasks
Be a role model help and guide
Professional conduct of the highest standards
Liaising with families, parents and other staff as required as per the childrens care quality standards
What is required?
Experience working with children with EBD or learning disabilities
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Fulltime availability to do long days 7am to 11pm on a rota (usually 1 on 2 off)
Sleep in duties as required (we can be flexible on these if you are)
