This international retailer is currently looking for temporary customer service manager to be based in their call centre managing a team of multilingual customer care advisers there is also a potential opportunity for the role to be more long term depending on businesses needs in the future.
Meeting targets including customer response times and the quality and number of calls made per day Managing customer enquires and complaints in a professional manner across multiple channels including social media, phone and email
Liaising internal departments Coaching and developing a team of customer service advisers
*Testing new processes and ways of working
Excellent communication skills written and verbal gained from previous team management experience Previous retail head office customer service experience at management level
Good organisational, analytical and numerical skills Knowledge of HR processes including return to work, disciplinarians and grievances.
