Job Title: Recruitment Consultant
Reports To: Contract Manager
Ensuring client recruitment contact is updated daily on the progress of open vacancies.
Ensuring the accurate maintenance of information on vision and ensuring it is utilised for sales support.
Effectively managing national and local recruitment campaigns to ensure the supply of suitable candidates.
Produce, develop and maintain meaningful MI on recruitment including tracking of orders/candidates details/drop out rates etc.
Ensuring that field staff issues are managed effectively.
Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates and matching them to suitable client vacancies.
Manage the endtoend recruitment & selection process for different Key Accounts clients sharing best practice to improve the service we offer our clients
Responsibility for recruitment campaigns, continually bringing innovative and economical methods of sourcing candidates to the contract
Ensuring that all staff files are prepared to the required standard and stored as appropriate and actively ensuring that Job boards are kept up to date.
Tracking all recruitment costs per candidate, demonstrating efficiencies made.
Overall responsibility for ensuring Manpower and contract specific referencing policies are complied with
Maintaining regular contact with candidates who are looking for work to demonstrate how Manpower is actively working on their behalf.
Focusing on ways in which Manpower can achieve a high level of integration with the customer.
Promoting the Manpower brand through local marketing activity.
Key skill selling candidates to appropriate clients.
Working with clients to help them develop their business.
Actively gaining feedback from clients and candidates on the service they are receiving from Manpower in line with the Companys quality standards and taking corrective action as necessary.
Ensuring that all activity complies with all Company policies, procedures and legal requirements including health and safety and employment legislation.
Work jointly with clients to understand pipeline business and future requirements
Use of assessment tools to ensure quality candidate fit, driving high performance and minimised attrition within the contracts
Assistance in HR projects and delivery
Ensuring that all work is conducted in accordance with Manpowers values and standards
Other adhoc duties and project work as required
The recruitment consultant will meet weekly with the Contract manager to review progress against objectives and future client hiring requirements.
Working with and through other internal Manpower departments and in partnership with Manpower sister companies to deliver objectives.
Monday Friday 37.5 hours, flexible between 08.00 18.00
