After a programme of expansion the group portfolio for my client now extends to in excess of 200 units UK wide.
They are looking to appoint an Experienced Buildings Surveyor who will be to provide a high quality estate management and refurbishment programme throughout the UK.
This position will either be home based or in the West Midalnds office.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:-
- Landlord and Tenant matters including rent reviews, lease renewals, consent for alterations and wayleave agreements.
- Supporting the agreed refurbishment programme for the existing branch network.
- Preparation and presentation of annual budgets
- Asset Management
- Contract Administration
- Health and Safety
- Acquisitions and Surrender of Premises
The position would be suited to someone with proven property or estate management experience within a multi-site business. The ideal candidate would be well versed in Landlord and Tenant matters and be confident to deliver to reports, provide cost analysis and make business recommendations.
The candidate should be able to build strong relationships, work well under pressure, negotiate effectively and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
