Throughout your financial services management career you will have acted as sales coach, mentor, trainer, team builder, recruiter and product specialist to your team of financial advisers. You will understand the psychology behind how financial advisers work, how good business practices are created and nurtured and you might even understand how a good adviser becomes a great adviser and can evidence your successes.
The role of a Partnership Development Manager is not as different to working as a regional sales manager; youll have a designated geographical area and a number of advisory practices within that area for which you will provide an experienced supervisory service acting as a mentor, coach, recruiter, trainer and team builder. Youll be working with some of the FS industries best Financial Advisers and business owners, providing a key level of FS leadership expertise.
Applicants must hold a minimum of a level 4/ DipFS in Financial Services and ideally CF30 and must have previously managed regulated sales teams and demonstrate an outstanding career path to date.
Base Salary £70,000 £80,000 with bonus opportunity up to 80% of salary + Car Allowance £7,940 p/a, 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Company Pension, DIS, PMI + other unique company benefits.
