Business Development Manager to join our growing Team.
Our ambition is to be the number 1 in our market place and we are determined to be ahead of our competitors. Our market has a predicted worth of over $360m by 2025, and we sell at a current rate of 1 item every 20 seconds well leave the maths to you!
We need an
highly creative person to
develop and inspire sales of our branded products to multiple channels of opportunity; from major online and high street retailers to a wide distributor network. Working with our retail and trade partners in home territories and internationally you will relay our global brand values, ultimately taking ownership and responsibility of your business. However, most importantly you will be part of a driven, close and welcoming team of people that believe in our ambition to be the leader in our sector.
We will look to you to
implement your ideas to
win new customers, plus grow and nurture existing business. What you bring to the table will be measured against a strong sales force, that create results and expect results from everyone within the business. You will
plan and organise new business meetings and manage your sales communication in line with our marketing department, whilst proactively following up on lead generation; we will measure your results against targets set. Your account management and
relationship building skills must be second to none, as the
customer journey is of the utmost importance to us. We regularly attend industry events both in the UK and overseas and you will use these events as a platform to network and build relationships, with both existing and prospect business. We would like to find someone ideally from either an FMCG, Beauty, Hair, Spa, Makeup or pharmaceutical background; however, ultimately an interest in this sector is a must.
In return we offer competitive benefits and a salary of up to £35k basic and uncapped commission. We are expecting you to
earn in excess of £65k in year one and
