This is an opportunity to develop and manage a small team to deliver best in class multichannel CRM programmes. You'll insist on pushing the boundaries and striving to improve everything we do, finding new ways to engage with potential students and help them choose one of the biggest and best education brands in the UK. You'll need to have great knowledge of developing and optimising data driven communications programmes across all channels, but particularly you'll be a real advocate of digital communications, with a natural interest in digital innovation and putting the customer at the heart of everything we do.The TeamOur Customer Engagement team puts customers at the heart of our work. Whilst we're working towards our targets and aiming to be the UK's largest most inspirational university, we still want to make sure students are on the right course for them. This means analysing more, shaping their experience, and constantly striving to improve their understanding of studying with us - as well as their results.
