Search Consultancy has an immediate opportunity for a Procurement Officer to join a public sector organisation in North Ayrshire on an initial 12 month fixedterm basis.
Reporting to Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will offer support for various categories within Corporate Procurement, offering advice and guidance on all relevant matters.
Deliver high level of service in line with organisations policies and procedures
Manage and monitor budgets and contribute to budget development
Support colleagues in development of strategies and procedures
Ensure tender documents comply with all necessary legislation
Skills & Experience;
Relevant Public Sector Procurement experience
CIPS qualified (preferred)
Competent with various Microsoft packages
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
