Are you committed to putting customers first? Southern Housing Group is looking to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator to join their team in London on a Fixed Term Contract Basis.

In return for your hard work as our Customer Care Coordinator, you will receive a salary of circa
£25,000 per annum. You will also receive benefits including:

Who are we looking for?

This is a team based in our Central London office, and the role of Customer Care Coordinator is critical to our success. We are looking for people who can work full and part time (temporary). You will need to be an excellent communicator with great attention to detail; calm and professional; able to manage a varied workload and have excellent prioritisation and organisational skills.

It is essential that you have previous experience of providing customer care, with the ability to manage multiple workloads.

The Customer Care Coordinator Role:

As part of the regional Property and Estate Management Team the Customer Care Coordinator will be responsible for working with your colleagues to deliver excellent responsive repairs, cleaning and grounds maintenance services. Your day will consist of liaising with internal teams to deliver excellent customer service; updating systems accurately and quickly; analysing data and supporting agile colleagues.
