AdministratorPermanentÂ£19,500 - Â£22,000Central Milton Keynes This is an important role where you will predominantly be reviewing paperwork against regulations. This role would suit someone who has a keen eye for detail and sense of customer focus. Working alongside the customer service team, you will be responsible for the accurate input of data.Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Enter information onto database accurately and efficientlyLiaise with customers and internal departments to clarify that the data meets regulationsAnswer and resolve questions and issues raisedKeep up-to-date policies and proceduresAchieve the target levels agreed in the Service Level AgreementsProcess payments from customers We are looking for someone with: Proficient in Word, Excel and database managementTo be pro-active and can multi taskExcellent written communicationAble to make decisions, supported by good common senseEnjoys working as part of a team If you feel you have what it takes, please apply today because we'd love to hear from you!
