Our client, a creative pharmaceutical marketing agency based in Windsor, are currently hiring for an ambitious Client Services Director to join their growing team. You will be a strategic leader, responsible for the agencys account and consulting functions.
NB: Must have Pharmaceuticalfocused marketing agency experience.
Business shaping and growth in consulting work
Managing/supervising senior account team members
Ensures account directors and senior team are achieving targets
Leads MCM establishment and positioning at industry events, and ensures MCM workshops are run to the highest standards
Advocate best practices in the agency process whilst working closely with the Delivery Group to optimise processes for efficiency and effectiveness
Own accounts and the revenue and projections for agency
Defines our multichannel marketing related offering and sells through sales and new business team
Champion for the brand and the organisation
Troubleshoots and proactively manages relationships with clients and seeks opportunities to strengthen/build new relationships internally and externally
Seek opportunities to showcase agency work among current and prospective clients
Seek opportunities to grow business within current accounts and into new accounts connected with that client together with new business teams
Deep experience and understanding of account management, with a focus on digital and strategy projects, within a pharmaceutical agency context
Must have Pharmaceuticalfocused marketing agency experience
Excellent written and verbal communications skills and experienced and confident in making presentations/conducting training sessions
Detailorientated, highly organised and analytical with significant commercial acumen
Ability to work under pressure and to multitask
An enthusiastic team player
This is a 12 month, full time FTC position with the potential to go permanent.
Working Monday Friday 9am 5.30pm.
