We are extremely excited to be working with a marketleading client to help find a
Service Delivery Executive /Event coordinator/ Training event coordinator to step in for a 7 month period to cover a sabbatical of an existing team.
Utilising their product, an innovative, trailblazing software, the company provide B2B training, both classroombased and online, to help Blue Chip businesses initiate and implement change management.
Service Delivery Executive /Event coordinator/ Training event coordinator you will be responsible for organising both facetoface and online based training sessions to include booking venues and arranging travel to preparing the online platform with logins and delegate information. You will have some input on system improvements and provide some basic technical support to customers.
They are looking for someone who is friendly, warm, proactive and adaptable who is IT Savvy and can throw themselves into a position that in return will be busy, interesting and situated in a warm, positive environment.
Organise trainer associates and agree terms with them
Enter and update records in our CRM System (HubSpot)
Organise the delivery schedule
Manage event preparation with the client, such as associate travel, accommodation &/ webinar (WebEx) arrangements, materials ordering and shipping, prework and digital platform preparation, attendee database
Complete post event activities, such as digital platform usage reporting, post event feedback collation, preparation to initiate invoicing with the Finance Manager
Running test scenarios on the system and suggesting improvements where appropriate
st tier, simple customer support
Publish articles and blogs utilising existing content to the companys social media via Hootsuite
Customer Service or Event Coordination experience
Proficient in MS applications e. Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Adobe PDF creation
IT Savvy to pick up client software quickly
Experience working with CRMs
Strong customer service ethos
Sense of urgency, reliability
Attention to detail and accuracy
Calm under fire and good at prioritising
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team willingness to jump in and help others even if it outside of the job description
