Building Surveyor

A client focused, independent building consultancy are currently looking for a Building Surveyor who is looking for a position with excellent career prospects, the consultancy is located a short walk from Snow Hill station in Birmingham.

The successful Building Surveyor will be undertaking both project and professional work (60:40) working with purely commercial property and a variety of high profile clients.

The Role of The Successful Building Surveyor
will include;

60:40 project professional split
Party wall matters
Schedules of Dilapidations
Contract Administration
Liaising with clients from day one

The Successful Building Surveyor
will have;

MRICS or MCIOB (sitting APC in session 1, 2019 considered)
2+ years experience within the commercial property sector
Selfmotivated and able to work both as part of a team and individually
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

In Return, The Successful Building Surveyor
will receive;

£34,000 £44,000 + expenses

25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas off
