Embedded Software Team Lead / West Yorkshire / up to £55,000 + Bonus Flexible working
Are you a Software Engineer looking to take a step up in your career path? Looking to find a role where you can still be hands on, but are the most senior in the team and therefore act as mentor and lead to more junior engineers? I am working with a client based not too far from Doncaster who are looking to expand the Team Leads within their already established Agile (scrum) teams. They are looking for passionate, software super stars who are at the peak of their game and looking to take that next step into leadership / mentorship.

Location: near Doncaster
Salary: up to £55,##### ######Benefits: Bonus (paid twice a year), remote/flexi working, relocation package, opportunities for promotions & growth within the company.
Process: Initial telephone interview (Scheduled w/c 4th February 2019, then face to face interview (tbc).
This role is as much about personality and softer skills as as it is your techical ability. With it being a more senior position they are looking for someone who is confident to lead and confident to deal with end customers and be very customer facing.
What we are looking for?
Vast experience as a Software Engineer
Experience with Embedded Software
Knowledge of OOD, Unit Test/TDD, CI/CD
Experience of C/C++ or Java
Any experience of mentoring / leading other engineers
